FAQ

Do you recommend any locations?

I suggest thinking of anywhere that feels personal to you as a couple. It could be an activity or type of location if there is nothing specific (hiking, picnics, date nights, vineyards, etc). If you can’t think of anything or just want a pretty place, let me know and I would be happy to provide some recommendations!

I’m nervous that I will feel awkward in front of the camera. Will you help with posing?

It's okay to be nervous! You are definitely not alone. Just know that I will guide you through posing and help you look your best, and one of my main goals is to help you feel comfortable and have a great time!

How far in advance should I book my engagement session? What happens if it rains?

You can schedule your engagement session around 4-6 weeks in advance. If the weather doesn’t look good we can always reschedule to a different day!

What should I wear?

When choosing your outfits, go for coordinating rather than matching. It generally looks better to have outfits and colors that compliment each other rather than matching completely. I also suggest choosing an outfit that you love the way you look in. This may sound simple, but it makes a big impact! If you only like the way an outfit fits in a certain angle or pose, it may not be the best choice for your shoot.
